Israeli strike hits vehicle near Beirut An Israeli strike on Wednesday hit a vehicle in Saadiyat, around 20 kilometres south of Beirut, hours after Lebanon and Israel agreed to hold direct negotiations. "Enemy aircraft targeted a car in Saadiyat," Lebanon's state-run National News Agency said.
