US welcomes Venezuela's decision to quit 'corrupt and worthless ICC' The United States welcomes the new Venezuelan government's partnership on American-led efforts to dismantle the “corrupt and worthless ICC”, the US State Department said. In a statement on X, the State Department welcomed interim president Delcy Rodriguez’s decision to withdraw from the ICC.
